Payment in full is expected when If you sign up for a monthly or yearly service and request the service to be cancelled, you must notify Vitel global Communications at least 7 business days prior to the next billing period. Your account will no longer be rebilled starting 7 business days following your notification.
If you request a refund or cancellation within the time period stated in this policy and your account has still been charged, Vitel Global Communications will refund 100% of that amount.
Vitel Global Communications does not offer any refunds for funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for Vitel Global Communications and refunding them causes any loss to Vitel Global Comunications.
If you don't want to continue using any of Vitel Global Communications services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name, company name, account number and the service you want cancelled. Include "CANCEL SERVICE" in the subject line.
*All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the billing department of Vitel Global Communications will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.

The current VoIP USF rate is 15.70%.
Each payment will reflect an 15.70% deduction made from your balance. Your billing statement will show all USF charges itemized for each month.
If you have any non-voice services such as a dedicated server, you will receive a credit for 15.70% of the monthly billing amount for that service.
All voice resellers and providers have the option of collecting and paying into the USF fund directly.
