Job Description :

                •             Minimum 5 years of experience selling to US B2B clients (US markets).

                •             At least 2 years of experience hiring, training, and leading a sales team.

                •             Proven track record of meeting or exceeding international sales quotas.

                •             Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

                •             Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.

                •             Ability to work US EST/PST hours.


Roles & Responsibilities : 

                •             Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets and expand our US customer base (US markets).

                •             Identify, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing international sales team.

                •             Generate leads, qualify prospects, present solutions, and close sales with US B2B clients (US markets).

                •             Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across international markets (US markets).

                •             Create sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates regularly.

                •             Conduct regular team training sessions on international sales strategies, objection handling, and CRM usage.

                •             Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine lead generation and sales processes for the US market (US markets).
