The documents that apply to a customer may vary depending on the products purchased, the customer’s location, the applicable order form or service agreement, and the features enabled by the customer or its account administrator. Product-specific terms supplement the applicable master agreement and, where there is a direct conflict concerning that product, the product-specific terms control to the extent stated in the applicable document.
General Terms and Policies
- Terms of Service / Master Services Agreement — General contractual terms governing Vitel Global cloud services and subscriptions.
- Privacy Policy — How Vitel Global handles personal information in connection with its websites, business operations, and services.
- Acceptable Use Policy — Rules designed to protect customers, users, Vitel Global systems, and the public from unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or disruptive use.
- Cookie Policy — Information concerning cookies, analytics, and similar technologies used on Vitel Global websites and applications.
Vitel Meet and AI
- Vitel Meet Service Terms — Product-specific terms for Vitel Meet video conferencing, collaboration, recording, streaming, transcription, and related features.
- Vitel Meet Privacy Supplement — Product-specific privacy information covering meeting metadata, audio/video content, recordings, transcripts, chats, files, participant analytics, and AI-generated meeting content.
- Vitel AI Supplemental Terms — Additional terms governing generative AI, transcription, summaries, insights, sentiment or engagement features, automated content, and other AI-enabled functionality.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Processing Addendum — Contractual terms governing Vitel Global’s processing of customer personal data on behalf of business customers.
- Subprocessor Disclosure — Information concerning third-party service providers engaged to process customer personal data in support of Vitel Global services.
- Security and Trust Information — Security practices, certifications, technical safeguards, and additional assurance materials made available by Vitel Global.
