Vitel Global Subprocessor Disclosure

This Subprocessor Disclosure identifies third parties that Vitel Global Communications LLC engages to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of business customers in connection with covered Vitel Global services. It should be read together with the applicable Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).

A “Subprocessor” is a third party that Vitel Global engages to process Customer Personal Data on Vitel Global’s behalf. A customer-enabled third-party integration is not necessarily a Vitel Global Subprocessor when the customer independently directs data to that third party and Vitel Global does not engage the provider to process data on Vitel Global’s behalf.

1. Publication Standard

Before a provider is added to the public list, Vitel Global should verify the provider’s exact contracting entity, service function, categories of Customer Personal Data processed, countries or regions of processing, applicable transfer mechanism, contractual data protection terms, and security due diligence.

2. Current Subprocessors

The following table is the publication format. It intentionally contains placeholders because Vitel Global’s verified vendor inventory was not provided for this drafting exercise. Do not infer subprocessors from marketing integrations or logos.

3. New and Replacement Subprocessors

Vitel Global may add or replace Subprocessors as the Services evolve. Before a new Subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data, Vitel Global will conduct appropriate diligence and enter into contractual terms requiring privacy, confidentiality, and security protections appropriate to the services performed.

4. Customer Objections

Where the applicable DPA gives Customer a right to object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds, the parties will work in good faith to address the concern. Potential solutions may include additional information, safeguards, configuration changes, or—where reasonably available—an alternative. If no reasonable solution is available, the parties will follow the remedies provided in the Agreement or DPA.

5. International Processing

If a Subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data outside the jurisdiction from which it originated, Vitel Global will implement a transfer mechanism required by Applicable Data Protection Law, where applicable, such as recognized contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.

6. Customer-Enabled Integrations

Vitel Meet may integrate with third-party calendar, productivity, streaming, CRM, workflow, storage, or other products. Where Customer independently enables an integration and directs Vitel Global to disclose information to that provider, the provider’s processing may be governed by the provider’s own agreement with Customer rather than this Subprocessor Disclosure. Vitel Global will describe the applicable relationship in product documentation where reasonably necessary.
