These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern access to and use of websites operated by Vitel Global Communications LLC and its affiliates that link to these Website Terms (the “Sites”). These Website Terms apply to public website use and do not replace a Master Services Agreement, Order Form, product-specific terms, or other agreement governing paid or hosted Vitel Global services.
By accessing or using a Site, you agree to these Website Terms and applicable law. If you use a Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Vitel Global grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Sites for lawful informational and business purposes. You may download or print reasonable portions of publicly available materials for internal or personal reference, provided you retain proprietary notices and do not misrepresent the materials.

The Sites and their content, including software, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, trademarks, product names, images, videos, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Vitel Global and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Sites under these Website Terms, no license or ownership right is granted.
Descriptions, feature lists, pricing, promotions, availability, documentation, and other Site content may change. Site content is provided for general information and does not amend an Order Form or customer agreement unless expressly incorporated. Product capabilities may vary by plan, region, configuration, integration, device, or release. Vitel Global may correct errors or update Site content at any time.
Some Site experiences may use AI, automated chat, generated summaries, or other machine-assisted functionality. Automated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Additional AI terms may apply to Vitel Global Services.
If you submit information through a Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules. Service, security, billing, and transactional communications may be sent where necessary. Our handling of personal information is described in the Vitel Global Privacy Notice.
Sites may link to or embed third-party websites, applications, videos, maps, social platforms, integrations, or other services. Vitel Global does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Vitel Global products or Sites, Vitel Global may use that feedback without restriction or obligation, provided it does not publicly identify you without permission. Do not submit confidential information through general feedback channels unless an applicable confidentiality agreement protects it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITES AND PUBLIC WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” VITEL GLOBAL DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VITEL GLOBAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT PUBLIC CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT LIMIT RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VITEL GLOBAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PUBLIC WEBSITE USE. FOR CLAIMS BASED SOLELY ON USE OF A PUBLIC SITE AND NOT A PAID SERVICE AGREEMENT, VITEL GLOBAL’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

Vitel Global may modify or discontinue Site content and may update these Website Terms. The Effective Date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, Vitel Global will provide it.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes relating solely to public use of a Site are subject to the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. Customer disputes concerning paid Services are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
